The Journey
I've spent two decades watching brilliant founders get stuck not from lack of strategy, but from something deeper.
I worked alongside leaders who appeared to have everything going for them and their company but eventually they would hit a wall that they couldn't get over. If they forced through that wall they would hit yet another bigger wall. Something kept getting in their way. The friction I was seeing on the outside was always a reflection of something unresolved on the inside. While it was apparent to me it was never apparent to the founder and even when told what it may have been they were unable to fully listen and receive.
Power Thru Presence was born from my experience that when a leader transforms, that transformation cascades through everything they touch. The company, the team, the decisions—all of it shifts when the person at the center finds clarity. This extends into their daily life outside of work and harmony and effortlessness enters in their life.
