Jamie Lund - Founder of Power Thru Presence

The Journey

I've spent two decades watching brilliant founders get stuck—not from lack of strategy, but from something deeper.

Early in my career, I worked alongside leaders who had everything going for them—sharp minds, excellent teams, clear market opportunities. Yet something kept getting in the way. The patterns were always the same: decisions that should have been simple became paralyzing. Teams that should have thrived became mired in confusion.

What I came to understand was that these weren't operational problems. They were internal ones. The friction I was seeing on the outside was always a reflection of something unresolved on the inside.

Power Thru Presence was born from this insight: that when a leader transforms, that transformation cascades through everything they touch. The company, the team, the decisions—all of it shifts when the person at the center finds clarity.

The Approach

My work is built on a simple premise: you already have the answers. What you need is the presence to see them.

Deep Immersion

I don't work from playbooks or frameworks. I immerse myself in your world—your decisions, your patterns, your blindspots—to see what you cannot see from inside the system.

Presence Over Process

The value isn't in the methodology. It's in the quality of attention—holding space for what wants to emerge when you're finally still enough to see it.

Pattern Recognition

After years of working with founders, I've developed an intuition for the invisible dynamics that shape leadership. I see the loops you're caught in before you do.

Internal to External

Every external challenge maps to an internal condition. When we address the root, the symptoms resolve themselves—often faster than you'd expect.

Guiding Principles

Clarity over comfort

My role is not to make you feel good. It's to help you see clearly. Sometimes that's uncomfortable. It's always necessary.

Truth over technique

I'm not attached to any particular method. I'm attached to what actually works for you, in your specific situation, right now.

Transformation over transaction

This isn't a service you purchase. It's a partnership you enter. The work requires your full participation—and that's what makes it work.
