The Journey
I've spent two decades watching brilliant founders get stuck not from lack of strategy, but from something deeper.
I worked alongside leaders who appeared to have everything going for them and their company but eventually they would hit a wall that they couldn't get over. If they forced through that wall they would hit yet another bigger wall. Something kept getting in their way. The friction I was seeing on the outside was always a reflection of unresolved patterns in their body and energy on the inside. While it was often obvious to me, it was rarely obvious to the founder. Even when I named it, they couldn't fully feel it or receive it yet.
Power Thru Presence was born from my experience that when a leader transforms, that transformation cascades through everything they touch. The company, the team, the decisions, all of it shifts when the person at the center finds clarity in their system. This extends into daily life outside of work, and a different kind of harmony and effortlessness begins to enter.
The Approach
My work is built on a simple premise: you already have the answers. What you need is the presence to feel them in your body, sense them in your energy, and trust what you see.
Deep Immersion
I immerse myself in your world, including your decisions, your patterns, and your blindspots, to see what you cannot see from inside the system, including the subtle signals your body and energy have been sending you all along.
Pattern Recognition
I see the loops you're caught in before you do. The value isn't in a rigid methodology but in the quality of attention, in the way we hold the field together so what wants to emerge can finally be seen and felt.
Internal to External
Every external challenge maps to an internal condition, a state in your nervous system, patterns in your energy, and beliefs in your mind. When we address the root at that level, the symptoms do not need to keep repeating.
